The following are the key points for the planned maintenance that occurred on May 28, 2013.

+CageFS has been installed, which will increase the overall security of our servers. As an end user, this does not affect your website in any way. However, I still thought it would be nice to share exactly what CageFS is doing. CageFS is a virtualized file system and isolates each user into their own 'cage'. User will not see any other users, and would have no way to detect presence of other users & their user names on the server. It also further secures binaries, files, and file systems on the server.

+PHP was upgraded to the latest version; fixing bugs and increasing security.

+Softaculous now notifies you within cPanel if there are upgrades to your software. Also, there are now shortcuts in cPanel to certain scripts.

+Exim has been tweaked to provide better SPAM protection for our servers.

+PELC packages OAuth and uploadprogress were installed.
