Improved Service Galore
We are happy to announce the switch away from ModernBill system which was not allowing us to bring improved services here at Bihira. We have made the move to WHMCompleteSolution, http://www.bihira.com/whmcompletesolution/, which will allow us to expand and provide better services for our members.
Biggest change overall is concerning domains. You may now edit your name servers and WHOIS information instantly within WHMCompleteSolution. You can also renew your domains instantly without requesting the billing department to create an invoice for renewal. New orders will also be setup faster as registration is now done automatically after first payment is receive on a new order.
