cPanel 11, Mahal Server Move / Upgrade, and Changelog
cPanel has released it’s newest version (cPanel 11). Our servers have been upgraded and now running on this newest version. Below is a quick snippet about the cPanel’s newest version:
“cPanel 11 brings the most extensive update ever to the cPanel software package. With upgrades in nearly every section of the product, this version enhances the feature packed, security minded and highly stable platform for web hosting.â€
All members on Mahal have been moved and upgraded to a new server. The new server is a major upgrade compared to the old server. Specifications of the new server are:
Dual Opteron (Dual Core / Dual Processors)
4GB ECC RAM
2 x 250GB SATA HDD
The maintenance on June 2, 2007 and June 6, 2007 implement the following changes:
Upgraded PHP Version
Upgraded Kernel Version
