We have fully switched to modernbill billing / support system, which means several new changes.
NEW MEMBERS:
To get a free domain or transfer, you must insert the coupon code “domain†when signing up. If you forget to use the coupon code, then you will not be able to receive your free domain or transfer. The free domain or transfer offer only now applies to the following extensions: .com, .net, and .org.
We will be implementing a new automated fraud system. If you put false information when signing up, our system will be able to detect it and give you a higher rating for fraud. If you score a high rating for fraud, we will not accept your payments or activate your account.
EXISTING MEMBERS:
You are now able to order new packages to your account, without opening a support ticket. Just go through the order form as usual and at the last part it will ask if you are a new customer or an existing customer. Click on existing customer and provide your modernbill login details.
GLOBAL:
We are looking into accepting credit card transactions directly. This means if you do not want to use PayPal anymore, you may be switched to credit card processing for online payments.
Since we will be implementing credit card transaction, we will also be implementing a secured way to login into our billing / support system.
