If I run a script on one of my sites that might have security holes because I suck at php, and someone uses it to get into my databases that it uses, can it harm another database somehow besides the one it has access to? That database is the only one using that user, btw.

The person would have to guess the name of the database, the user name for it, and the password to use any other databases.
