View Full Version : Paid but no E-mail recieved

A few days ago I signed up with Bihira, I had some problems with payment but yesterday I finally managed to get my invoice paid....
At outstanding invoices it says that there are no items matching this query, so I paid but how do I proceed now? I didn't recieved an e-mail or so...what should I do now? :confused:

Accounts are activated nightly, all pending accounts were activated. If you still didn't recieve a welcome email, let me know. :)

Thanks I recieved the mail :)
*sighs* feeling stupid right now to ask this :( but I logged in to my account using an FTP program, I created an index.php and uploaded it at my public_html when I go to my domain or the IP it isn't showing up.
What am I doing wrong?
I never had an domain so I have no experience in setting things up :(

I takes one to three days for all the name servers all over the world to know that your domain goes to your site.

i registered yesterday at your site for hosting services (webbunnies.net) but didn´t receive any email from your administration, no order-email, no login data...
your support service seems to have a mysql-connection problem
i just try to do my order again, but your system says, there already is an account...???

Your invoice was sent out again. Please let me know if you don't get it. The support section is just an FAQ, real support tickets are done in the billing/support area.

You can login without recieving the email, it is your email that you used to signup, and the password you specified.

ok, tnx, invoice is paid via direct login, but still no email from your services..?
what´s next? i can´t login at the plattform..

Please allow twenty four hours after paying your invoice for your account to get activated, and a welcome email sent out. If you don't get a welcome email in twenty four hours, please contact me.
