FTP and Cpanel won't work.

Lately I can't access cpanel or ftp, and it's getting fustrating since I was doing the latest xoops update on my site (which is around 3MB and I'm on dial-up) and everytime I do get ftp to work it always times out before I get all the files uploaded. So any help I get can would be great since I have only gotten half the update files installed and my site won't and just give xoops errors because of only half the files being uploaded. :(

Please open a support ticket, I do have a few other reports of FTP bieng unstable.
