i dont know which server im on i think its server 1 but i cant upload a single file without losing connection and i have alot of file to upload. about 200. what going on :confused:

Your on server two, and the problem seems to be only effecting a two other people. I'm trying to produce the error for myself, but so far have been unable to. When connected using my FTP client, it loads fast for me.
I'm looking into it though, and have no answer at this time.
Error: Unable to connect!
Status: Waiting to retry... (1 retry left)
FTP is down, Cpanel takes AGES to load (4 minutes on 2mb ADSL).

On server two, FTP randomly goes in and out. cPanel loads horribly slow, sometimes my site won't go anywhere. Whenever I check, the server load is higher than it should be (8.06 right now), and it says that imap is failed.

That's at this moment. FTP seems to be going, very, very slow for me.

Sorry, IĀ?m just extremely busy with other things here at Bihira, and still going to be a little while longer before server two gets itĀ?s upgrades. If your unhappy with server two performance, you can request a transfer to server three via a support ticket.
