Are you able to set up MX or CNAME entries within their Zone file for a domain?

Support here is slow, but good. I recomending downloading AIM to get ahold of him. Otherwise, just give him a while, he is probably still asleep or something (9am here, not sure where he lives...)

Yes, you are able to edit the MX entry for your domain within cPanel.

you can edit cname entries by sending a support ticket

I was told by the domain name registrar to make the following changes:

MX 10 smtp.secureserver.net
MX 50 mailstore1.secureserver.net

This is to make an inbox for an addon domain.

So, I took MX10 to be subdomain.mysite.com and MX50 to be addondomain.com, is this right? :confused:
