View Full Version : How would you....
I've just been wondering how you would go about changing a payment method from Monthly, to Quarterly? Would I need to open a support ticket for that? I tried finding something in the new Modernbill, but I didn't see anything.
Thanks.

Yes, open a support ticket, although it cannot be changed for your current invoice. YouÂ?ll have to wait till your next invoice for quarterly billing to take effect. Please make sure to pay for your current active invoice.
I'm assuming that the URL to get to the place where you would submit a ticket is:
http://www.bihira.com/support
But all I get there is an SQL Error.
Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'bihira_site'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/bihira/public_html/config.php on line 2
Error: Failed to connect to database
Somethings wrong with your database connection. Possible change of password? username changed with new server? Anyways, I think I've paid the latest bill twice. I have the paypal receipts......

http://www.bihira.com/modernbill/ is the place where you would open your support.
Yes I did see you pay your invoice twice, how did you pay this invoice (through email or by logging in)?
I believe this system can tell the different between echecks and direct payments. Your first payment is set to clear soon, so if it clears in paypal, but not in modernbill IÂ?ll go ahead and credit your account for both invoices and see whatÂ?s happening.
EDIT: Yes it can tell the difference between echecks and direct payments. I see under system messages, it says Â?PayPal Pending-echeckÂ? for the 19th and the 21st. When the 19th clears on the 22nd, it should clear your invoice. When the 21st payment clears, it should credit your account for the amount you paid for your next invoice.
Btw I got your support ticket and will be responding to it soon.
Thanks a lot ! You're the best.
I figured out that Modernbill was the place for tickets before, sorry for not telling you here.
I look forward to a bill for 7.50... (sorta )
