Weird problem in cPanel

There's a file in my cPanel called a&o copy.jpg. I deleted it, but it still shows up on my page. If I click on it, it says that the file does not exist in the directory so I can't do anything with it, but it's still there on the list of files. This doesn't really effect me in any way, but it's really annoying me. Help?

Are you deleting it via FTP or File Manager?
