When I try to log in via ftp, this happens.

SmartFTP v1.5.990.11
Resolving host name "ftp.cannonpowered.com"
Connecting to 208.53.170.13 Port: 21
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...
Client closed the connection.

Your account was just created today correct? Please allow time (even though your domain is working, it was just registered today) for it propogate. In the meanwhile try using the IP address instead of ftp.yourdomain.com. If you still cannot login, then let me know.

If you incorrectly log in too many times, the server will ban you (at which point you'll need to open a support ticket ticket to get unbanned). This is just a security measure to prevent brute force hacking attempts.

One last question, are you able to view your site?

I logged in before using the URL... and I havent had invalid thing all day. Also, yes I am able to view the site. When I try to log in using the IP, this happens:

I think it is my PC. I tried to connect to about 5 different hosts and they all say the sdame thing.
