Ok, I signed up 24 hours ago. However, I only completed the payment via paypal 10 hours ago. You say setup is 24 hours, is that after I pay? Also, when I try to go to members area it say:

Error: Failed to connect to database

That members area just shows all of the sites hosted by Bihira, It serves no real purpose and I guess it's not a high prority to fix it.

You should get a welcome email telling everything you need to know.
