In june they both worked. Now when I came back they aint working anymore. How can I fix this?

Are you experiencing SQL problems?
If you are you will have to add a new user to the database you are using for your scripts(and update them so they use the new login details).
If that doesn't work we need to know more details about your problem.

You are experiencing the problem that plagued everyone that month. The fix is simple, all you need to do is add the user and it's password again to the database. However if you don't know how to do this, please open a support ticket.

There is a reset password function on both support ticket locations, try to use it first please.

I listed both because we are moving people from clientexec to modernbill. However I bilieve you are still in clientexec. If you are still unable to reset your password, please email bihira@bihira.com with your email address on file in the account.
