I cant figure out how to get my site started here, I just registered and payed. I am con the cpannel (userexc or something like that) and I cant find out how to so anything there.
edit: the support section is down so I cant use that.

The support section on the main site is just an FAQ (just so busy, never had time to return it back to normal).
The support ticket section will always be done in clientexec or modernbill (I'm moving everyone to modernbill, but keeping clientexec alive for now).
The activation in clientexec isn't automatic, I have to do it manually. I just activated your account, and everything should be up and running. You should also have gotten a welcome email telling you what nameservers to use for your domain.
