I'm mainly worried about 403 and 404. I logged into my cPanel and tried to do it from there, but it wants me to type in the code for an error page. I already have one created, and I also don't want to create it through the cPanel because cPanel wants to save it with a .shtml extension, while I want to use .php. Any tips?
How do I customize my error pages?

Moved thread as the HOW-TO forum is for posting guides for others to follow and not questions. This thread was more suited for the Web Design and Programming.

Sorry for not answering before. One of the easier ways to create custom error pages is to login into your cPanel and click on the button “Error Pages” and then select the error code you wish to edit.
If that doesn’t work, let me know.
